Summer 2023 Examinations Statement of Entry
All learners in Years 10, 11, 12 & 13 should now have received their statement of entry for the summer 2023 exams. If there are any queries with the statements, these must be brought to the attention of the examinations staff before 3rd March 2023. If a learner has not yet received their statement, they need to check with their Form Tutor.
Learners are reminded that these are not timetables (final timetables will be issued after Easter). Any clashes shown on the statement will be resolved before the issue of final timetables, and learners do not need to contact the examinations office regarding clashes at this point.
Contingency Days: As part of the standard contingency planning of awarding bodies, learners are also expected to be available on 8th, 15th and 28th June 2023. These dates will be used in the event of a significant local or national disruption to a scheduled examination.
Certificates Collection
Examination certificates for the academic years 2021-2022, 2020-2021, 2019-2020 will be available for collection from the main reception on:

If you are unable to collect your certificates yourself, you can nominate another person to collect them on your behalf. Please email exams@emrysapiwan.conwy.sch.uk to notify. In your email you should identify the person who will be collecting the certificates and they should bring with them proof of who they are and a written note from you. Certificates will not be issued to a 3rd party without your written permission (no text messages allowed).
Your examination certificates are very important and are evidence of your hard work and school career. Please ensure you keep your certificates in a safe place as it is becoming increasingly common to be asked show/provide them for college, university places and job applications.
