Join Actif Conwy's Facebook page for live active family wellbeing sessions. They are twice a week – Tuesday’s at 4pm and Thursdays at 9:30am. These sessions are a great opportunity to learn new ways that you can exercise and relax together in your home.

Classes will contain a combination of Tai chi, secular yoga, stories, songs, blended mindfulness practices, themed games and lots of imaginative interaction! Enjoy learning breathing techniques and gently ease aches and pains as we stretch, energise and explore what bite size moments of relaxation feel like together.

These sessions are aimed at children 4 – 12 years old with their family members at home:  facebook.com/actifconwy
