Parents Evenings

Parents’ evenings are important events which enable you to discuss your child’s progress, share concerns, and take an active part in their education.

Parents' evenings are held at least once a year. These evenings are held from 3.45-6.30pm and you can book an appointment to see each of your child’s teachers.

Booking appointments

To book your appointment, visit the link above.  When signing in to the parents’ evening booking system you will need to enter the same parental information we hold on the school's management information system (see image below).

The parental information used is for the person(s) with “Priority 1”. This is usually the mother, father or both, depending upon what we have been told to allocate.

We also need your child’s information:    First Name  /  Surname  /  Date of Birth

By entering an email address, you will receive a confirmation of the appointments.

Booking early will help to give more choice for staff and time slots. The booking system will normally close on the evening before the actual parents’ evening.

Should you wish to make any changes after the closing date or if you have difficulty accessing the system, please contact the school for assistance.
