WHAT TO DO IF YOUR CHILD IS STRUGGLING TO ACCESS LEARNING

We appreciate that not all learners can get online or that they may have to share devices with others in the family. Satchel One is available on mobile phones, as is Hwb where Teams and Google Classroom can be accessed. Hwb can also be accessed via Xbox (although a keyboard is required) and PS4 – details on how to access Hwb in this way have been included in the A Guide to Home Learning.

Please contact the school via info@emrysapiwan.conwy.sch.uk if you have any difficulties with access to equipment or broadband - we will try to help to find a solution.

Additionally, please do not hesitate to contact your child’s Pastoral Leader or Assistant Pastoral Leader for support should you have any questions about accessing learning by phoning the school on 01745 832287.
